  • As always, the Nostalgia Festival is accompanied by discussions, and this year's programme, both in the arrangement of the music sphere and the idea of shared meals and contemplation, additionally resembles the model of monastic rule with fixed hours of prayer, food, work and rest. Hence, it is not without reason that the festival takes place in the Jesuit Fathers’ Church and Galeria u Jezuitów, where two clergymen, Jesuit Wacław Oszajca and Dominican Tomasz Dostatni, will hold a creative discussion. In a way, both will be at home at the former monastery of the Order of Preachers and the present seat of the Society of Jesus. Both are connected to Poznań and are involved in promoting sensitivity to art and culture in the Wielkopolska Region (also at Galeria u Jezuitów). Thus, they will return, for a moment, to their roots to talk about art in the context of the sacrum, which also features prominently in the music of Giya Kancheli.
